Fort Leavenworth Commissary

As far as commissaries go I hear this one is on the small side. However it appears they are currently doing renovation to make it larger.  Here is the general information:

COMMISSARY

The commissary at Fort Leavenworth is located at 310 Kansas Avenue Building #691. Its hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 0900-1900 and Sunday from 1100-1600. Early bird hours are offered from 0700-0900 every day but Sunday. The commissary at Fort Leavenworth offers many different departments including the bakery, deli and salad bar. Renovation Project 2012

$20M Add/Alter Project with an estimated completion of Fall 2014.

The renovation project began on November 19, 2012 with Phase one starting with a new administrative office being added to the east side of the building and a new and larger walk-in freezer and dairy cooler on the west side of the building. Phase one will be completed sometime in September 2013 with a new employee entrance and new front entrance for patrons. 

Phase two will begin the middle of September 2013 with demolition of the upstairs administrative offices and the display area in the old entrance to the store. The construction crew will build a temporary wall down the middle of isle 14 so they can continue the renovation of the northeast side. This will also cause the store to lose two more registers leaving us with 6 total and 5 SCOs for about 3 months while they complete phase two.
